Week 1: Learn your first fundamental movements, drill them individually, incorporating upper body flow from the start
Week 2: Continue working through the fundamental moves, and start stringing them together with guided drills and combos
Week 3: Repetition of the fundamental moves, building muscle memory and enhancing your technique.
Week 4: Learn choreographies, understand musicality, clean up transitions.
Week 5: Get to all the bonuses -- additional freestyle workshops, learn variations of the fundamentals, spins/slides, etc.
Week 6: Confidently string together the fundamentals + variations in your own unique freestyle flow.
All throughout, you can book your 1:1 sessions with me for feedback, AND be working through the mindset trainings to keep your mind on track with your progress too!
